These replacements saved me hundreds. I thought my speakers were blown. Did a little research and found out I can possibly use these. After install, I found my speakers worked perfectly fine again. Wish they came with some sort of adhesive, I had to use an all weather epoxy. Other than that these are great

Worked great for replacing my Aiwa subwoofer's ring. I used some shoe glue which has elasticity to secure it.

Great product. My paradigm sub originally had a foam surrounding so thought I would try a rubber since they last longer. I was skeptical because of reviews and it changing the sound quality but these worked great. Like really great! Maybe it was the way they repaired it and glued it?! Wasn’t done properly. I give this 5 stars

We repaired our WetSound speakers with these. So instead of new ($1100) or repair $(620) we got these. Time will tell if it holds!

I've replaced speaker surrounds several times. Here's how I do it..1 clean the speaker frame and the edge of the speaker cone well ,removing all the old foam and glue.2. Lay the surround on the cone and get an idea where it will lay equally. Gives you an idea of how much overlap you will have.3. Glue 1/3 of foam to the cone assuring you still have equal distances all around. Once that gets tacky continue the rest of the way with the glue process 1/3 rd at a time. Let dry completely.4. Repeat the process gluing the surround to the metal frame 1/3rd at a time. Depending on type of speaker use the hardware to clamp the foam and the metal together. To get the best results take your time let each step dry before going to the next step.

Do not use to replace a foam ring failure. My expierience was a catastrophic failure of bad vibrations and sounds horrible. If foam was the speakers original mmaterial than replace with foam.
