They fit snug, and look ok, especially from a distance. Up close they look sloppy, and aren't nearly as puffy/robust as the more expensive foam covers. There are obvious lines and deformities from manufacturing that stand out when inspected closely. But from the audience they don't look bad on-stage.

I thought it was too small but it fit just right and tight I have 4 microphones and glad I have extra .

They came quickly, are a great value, and if for sanitary reasons they should be replaced, because of the value, just put a new one on.
