I have a newer generation forced-air style refrigerator, and I placed two of these units inside. I've noticed no discernible reduction in odors, no discernible extension to the lifespan of my produce, and no noticeable ozone in the fridge when I open the door. Honestly, this should not be surprising, as a forced-air-style refrigerator is going to cycle all of the air around in the refrigerator, blowing it across its cold evaporator coils at regular intervals, which is going to attract the charged ozone to the metal coils and neutralize it.I'm not considering this a total loss, as I do have a portable cooler-style fridge that I use for camping and picnics and can also use them when traveling in hotel rooms with their little cold-plate-style mini fridges. I'm giving these 3 stars because I feel that the product description should warn potential buyers that these are not likely to produce any results in a modern forced air refrigerator.If you wanna toss these in an older refrigerator or a small mini fridge, these will probably work great.

I'm honestly shocked at how well this thing works in the refrigerator. It cuts down on smells which I expected. But, it also really does extend the life of fresh produce in the refrigerator. I had some lettuce in there for several weeks that I had forgotten about and it still looked fresh. I wasn't willing to eat it just in case. :) But, normally lettuce gets all goopy in just like a week.I like that this was a two pack so I can swap them out when the batteries die.There are only two things I would change with them:1. I would like to be able to run them while they're plugged in. I wouldn't mind having one of these near my cat litter box to help with the smell. But it would be nice if I could just have it plugged in instead of using battery power so I don't have to remember to charge it.2. I wish they were USB C instead of micro USBNeither of these is a deal killer for me, but they would be nice changes.

Have no clue how it works but it works. Give it a day or two and wala odor is gone. Little pricey though. It's not a high tech item + cheaply built.

The fridge was starting to really smell of kimchi. My family was complaining. It was getting to the point that you could smell when someone opened the fridge. After a day on deep clean, the smell is faint when you stick your head in the door. After another day I'm looking forward to it not even being noticeable. Perfect for my needs.

I bought a double tilt out garbage cabinet and I purchased these to place inside. I used a 2 piece stick on hanger and placed 1 in each side to keep odors away. Worked perfectly!

My husband uses these to help de stink his shoes. They make a huge difference. Battery seems to only last a week. Maybe that is a result of the amount of stink.

Smaller than my first O3 generator specifically for the fridge. Nice that it takes little space.Yes, it will smell like ozone for a little while after it runs... that's the point though.Generally I get 2 or 3 weeks of use before charging. It doesn't take much O3 to destroy odors and it has a minimal impact on some product's longevity.Exponentially more effective than baking soda. I hate food odors mixing in the fridge so I am very satisfied with this gadget.

I am really surprised at how well this works. In my refrigerator for just a few hours and it smells much better. The charge time was about 1.5 hours.
