My daughters have been begging for Grips; but their gymnastics teacher said to wait until they were a bit older. After seeing how often they were ripping their hands (blisters from the bar), I decided to try them out. They are perfect! They said it also helps them not slip. understandably, the white looks a bit dirty pretty quickly (as shown in the photo); but the functionality is 100%.

Great for taking to the park if your gymnast wants to practise. Won’t hold up to competitive team workouts though. Would definitely repurchase

The fit was good for my 8 (almost 9) year old who is average size. Good for home use on her gymnastics bar that is more polished/slippery then the ones at the gym. Quality seems decent for the price. Probably wouldn’t use for actual training in a gym/competition meets.

My kids practice at home with a bar and they really liked having these. They take some time to get used to if they are always using just their hands, but once they get it, they will like them and not want to not use them. Great value and great purchase for practice.
