These brushes remove rust on the low speed of my Dremel so easily, it’s almost like a game!!!!!My wife brought me her pruners, which had been left out all winter and summer! They were just found in mid September.I bought these brushes for rust removal. I used 2 brass brushes and 1 aluminum brush!!! I expected to go through many more than the 3 brushes I used!!!!WARNING: YOU MUST WEAR EYE PROTECTION, as the little metal wires fly off along with the rust. Make sure you do it outside, away from children, pets, food and drinks.I expected the brushes to hold together better, but this was my first time using brushes on my Dremel tool. Overall though, I was very impressed with getting the whole job done with 3 brushes!!!!!

Each bit is only good for one use, as all of the wire bristles break off. This is also a dangerous product in that metal projectiles fly everywhere.

Great selection of bits. First project I used them for was a polish of intake/exhaust ports on a 1981 Briggs & Stratton 5hp flathead engine.

These worked really well. They come apart at high speeds after a bit, but I haven't found any that don't. For the price, excellent purchase!

This is a nice light duty set. I used the brass and steel wheels and the steel pen shaped brush. It wasn’t a very aggressive job that I was doing and I didn’t notice any bristles flying off. I was happy with the results and with the brushes. Part of what I was doing was removing a stain off a section of wood and the steel wheel was really performing well. It was more aggressive than the brass but still didn’t remove a lot of wood which made me happy. I was able to get rid of the stain while removing very little wood. It’s not even noticeable where I was working and cleaned up the wood really well. There is a trick I learned from a YouTube channel titled 357magdad. He would take a small piece of heat shrink tubing and put it around the pen shaped brush and part of the bristles and this held the brush together and made it much sturdier. This worked great for cleaning up a small lightly rusty strip of metal in the wood I was working on. I am satisfied with this wire brush set.

These bits aren't the best in the world. What you see here is what you get. They don't come in any kind of container to help them keep their shape. They needed a little adjusting before use. The bristles came flying out too easily during use. They are usable, but I'm not happy with the quality.

I used these to polish up some old drawer handles but they wore out really fast. I thought they were just being shaved down but I found lots of the sharp bristles all over the place, so they were actually being flung around the room. Maybe I was not using them properly but I would suggest getting a nicer brand.
