My husband is able to have a hot meal at work. Takes about 30 minutes to heat up nicely but not an issue for him. He really enjoys this product & says its was definitely worth what it cost.

Good size and ease to use. Just don’t get them wet! Heats up pretty quickly and holds the food without spilling.

Product is easy to pack, carry and clean! Great quality and durable enough to be moved from worksite to worksite. Just plug it in and go….hot meal in about 10-15 minutes!

The sellers reached out after this review and gave me a replacement lunch box so I have changed my review. Definitely 5 stars. Sellers were very nice and easy to work with.This has been a great lunch box, only problem is the cord went bad and I can not find a replacement for it. I would give it a 5 star if I could find a cord but will have to give it 0 stars since now I can't use it anymore.

I’ve gotten my husband several of these and they either end up breaking or stop working. This one has been great so far, and we’ve had it for some months now using it regularly. Love that I can remove all the parts to clean. Especially the silicone rings that fit into the grooves.

When first heating it up, I noticed the heat plate was touching the food bin, making it Very hot to the touch and possibly burning my food in a certain spot. The heating plate is thin so I pushed down on it to create a small air gap. Don't do it while hot!! It's well over 250°. Also, #1 plastic melts at about 140°, so beware.Testing a 2"x3" piece of chicken thigh to reheat straight from the fridge, it was pleasantly warm after 20 min - 25 would have been better. And filled half way, I'd give it at least 35 - 40 minutes at a guess.I like that it has a lighted on/off switch. I like the fact of a different 12v input to avoid confusion and possible damage, though access is a bit finicky.It's fairly easy to clean, but don't expect the bin to look like new, even after just one use.I gave it 4 stars. It'll do the job without breaking the bank.UPDATE: The switch mechanism failed on 2nd use. Now it's only one star. I don't recommend this product. Not sturdily made.
