This product is poorly made and came multiple broken pieces. In addition, the seller did not pay for return shipping. Very disappointed with the product -- especially for the cost!!! Instructions are not accurate and there are misspellings and improper grammar throughout. For $700+ dollars are expected so much more.

This plunge chiller is amazing! It gets the job done, cooling the water quickly and maintaining the perfect temperature for my cold plunge. My recovery has been on point since I started using it. Plus, it's super affordable for the quality you get. Definitely recommend it if you're into cold therapy! And it works efficiently and is pretty quiet too.
