I ordered the 12 in king and when I tell you that mattress is comfortable I mean just that was easy to unpack however it is heavy to lift so I recommend having help to move it to where you need it. This is my second night sleeping on it and I wake up feeling well rested with no aches or pains in my honest opinion it was worth every cent that I paid and plus side is I got it on sale for $188.00 total worth it.

Ordered one bed and then turned around and ordered another one because it turned out to be a really nice bed. Had trouble getting the second one as fedex made a mistake and shipped it somewhere else. Amazing costumer service, talked with me and worked things out and sent a replacement. The bed is heavy while it's decompressed so please have some help when moving the box and when placing it. I would definitely buy again

Only my first night on it but I love it so far. It says to let it expand for 24-48 hours but i let it sit for maybe 4 hours before rolling around on it. Super comfortable nice medium fitness, confirms to your body very nicely but you don’t keep sinking in like regular memory firm. So far I would highly recommend it for the price!

Its very comfortable, I cant feel any springs or stuff so thats great, it is pretty heavy though. I will say that opening it from the plastic can be dangerous if you arent anticipating the expansion of it, I expected it to rise slowly but it knocked me back a bit when it immediately poofed up. There is no weird smell and the sizing is good, mine is the right size and i definitely think its worth the money that i spent on it. I do agree with another comment that mentions how this isnt good for people who are heavy set because they will sink down, i think this is good for midsized people or smaller since the top layer is foam and the bottom layer is springs.

Totally disappointed. I received this mattress on Thursday night. Opened box and let it sit for 4 days and I can still feel the springs. It's super uncomfortable. I don't know if it was damaged while delivered because box was broken but I'm uncomfortable. I thru my old mattress out because of my herniated disc and now I'm crying on this one.

I was very hesitant on getting a mattress online. But for the price I had to give it a chance and I’m glad I did!! It is perfect for us! It arrived wrapped up like a rug. It was easy to open and only took about 5/6 hours to fully expand. It’s a nice thick mattress. Not too firm. No sinking. It fit perfect in our room and I’m happy with this purchase

The mattress so far is very comfortable - not too hard, not to soft. Warning: it is shipped in a tall square box rolled up very lightly with may layers of cello wrap. It is extremely heavy for a 5'3" woman past her youthful strength. I made the mistake of unwrapping it, thinking to distribute the weight over the full size of the mattress. Now it was about my height, slightly floppy and still weighed the same. Could I find a handiman to do a small job like move it upstairs to the bedroom....Finally two male neighbors came to my rescue and for them it was a breeze. If it needs to go on a different floor, you need 2 people to move it.
