I bought this blade to cut hollow aluminum deck railing material. So far, all 50 cuts have been clean, and not one has required deburring.Of course, the nature of cutting aluminum is having small chips thrown everywhere, which requires a lot of cleanup. But the blade does a great job, and runs cool.

Purchased this blade to cut aluminum sheets for project I am working on. Never used a table saw to cut metal before. This blade went through the sheet quickly and cleanly. Very happy with this purchase.

I cut light aluminum - for patio doors, windows screens, etc. When a blade is no good my material will snag, rip, or have rough edges. Plus it takes a lot longer to get through my thicker stuff. This blade did fine and didn’t have any troubles like I listed above. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because I ordered this one and a competitor’s blade to check them both out and this one was just a slight notch down in performance. Still a good blade for the price. I’ll use it eventually without any concerns.

I bought this blade to cut 40mmx80mm C-beam for a CNC machine build. The cuts are very smooth and shiny, with no obvious tool marks. Even though I only have a medium-quality miter saw and didn't spend too much time on adjustments, I managed to get better than 10 thousands of tolerance on overall length and corner to corner (probably closer to 5-6 thousands), which is plenty good for my needs. This exceeds the quality of the cuts that the c-beam came with by far. The blade produces no vibrations and cuts through the metal very smoothly with minimal strain to the machine. The metal shavings are thin and even, which makes them a real pain to clean up but probably speaks for the quality of the blade. I am very happy with it and would buy it again.

I bought a bunch of extruded aluminum framing to build a projection screen frame for my home theater. I bought it in very specific lengths but unfortunately I ended up having to make a change that required resizing the screen frame. I just knew this was going to be a disaster trying to cut that aluminum so I put it off for awhile but a friend suggested using my 10" sliding miter with a blade specifically for aluminum.I had serious doubts this would work but I ordered the blade and put in my miter saw. After very carefully measuring and positioning the first piece of framing in the saw I clamped it down on both sides of the saw, both the piece and what would become the scrap were clamped. Checked and double checked everything was square, used a rubber mallet to ensure the piece was tight against the fence and base of the saw.To my amazement I could not tell the difference between my cut and the factory cuts, it was perfect! To complete the project I had to make several more cuts all of which came out perfect. I would never have believed cutting aluminum with a miter saw could work so well. Now I'm completely comfortable with it, I'll probably be ordering more extruded aluminum framing for all kinds of other projects now that I know I can cut it precisely.
