Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free ProductWe have a lot of rental properties, and I can’t count how many times we’ve changed cartridges ourselves, only to regret not hiring a plumber because they were too hard to remove due to age and mineral buildup.The way this tool works is fairly simple—it screws into the handle set screw area, and as you turn the lever clockwise, it presses a counter-body in the opposite direction to gradually pull the cartridge out.In the past, I tried to mimic this process with various tools—screwdrivers, pliers, and screws that fit—but this makes the job so much easier.I just wish it was more universal and not limited to only a handful of Moen models.
