Must have been dropped during shipping. The connection did not work and you could see that the monitor had a color difference when turned on. When asked for return the shipper called to address my concerns. Had already ordered a new monitor from Best Buy for less and bigger. Still waiting for refund.

This monitor arrived within two days. My husband installed it in a few minutes. We’re using it for our new six camera outdoor security system. The pictures are very clear. We have space under the tv the Best Buy guys installed so our eyes can easily switch from watching tv to looking for movement on the monitor. Five stars.
