The machine has saved us some monies in packaging meat in small-moderate packages after purchasing in Bulk pricing.Easse of adjustment is okay however you are limited in cutting in bigger or wider pieces. Prior purchase please review the measurement range. for us we would prefer larger pieces in e.g. Ribs however we are limited. If you dont like to clean after use this is not the machine for you. The machine requires alot of time to clean. Lots of grinded substances inside the safety lock door and underneath that will require attention after use. the great thing is the grinded meat/bones is a good source of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium nutrients and protein depending on what the meat is. We dont waste nothing- just make sure it is sanitized and clean before storage. If you don't clean it well- the machine will Remind you :). what has helped me is a small air pressure washer to remove stuck up materials after it dries off.The machine is heavy - not friendly for shoulder rotator cuffers if its being moved around. We prefer to cut meat outside so we have to move it back and forth for now. We have recommended it to friends but some are hesitance once they see how we clean it. Great buy for sure.

Yellow and red buttons can be stopped with one hand! When I was cutting a lamb bone last week, the knife got stuck, an elbow hit the red button and the power went out in seconds, twice as fast as the old-fashioned pull switch. The right 8 groups of saw blade hanger design is super reasonable, there is no need to bend over the toolbox when changing the bar, and the saw blade is only changed once when cutting 200 pounds of ribs. It's just that the corners of the blades are a little sharp, so you have to wear gloves when you replace them.

Side eight spare saw blades too fast! Last week's promotion day cut 300 pounds of pork ribs, the main saw blade broke teeth in the middle, 10 seconds to replace the spare strip to continue to dry. The waterproof cover of the button prevents blood from splashing.

8 sets of spare saw blades on the right side are so practical! In the past, when cutting large orders, the saw blade must be changed halfway, and now it is directly mounted and replaced, and 3 whole pigs can be processed within half an hour without stopping.

There is no pressure in the straight cutting of frozen beef leg bone at -18℃, but the motor has obvious heat after continuous cutting 30 pieces, it is recommended to control the cutting amount of frozen meat at 20 pieces/batch.

The table is large enough to cut 60 pounds of ribs without spilling, the anti-slip design at the bottom makes handling more stable, and it is recommended to use food grade seals for more hygiene.

When used for 4 hours a day, the transmission parts need to be filled with food-grade grease every week, otherwise the chain abnormal sound is obvious.

The bone residue of the blade groove can be soaked in edible alkali water, and the cleaning time will be greatly shortened with high-pressure air gun purging.
