(One Inch X One Inch Square) (Approx. 25.4mm Square) I cut these cubes from 1" square acrylic rods. Because they are cut from rods, 2 sides of each cube is saw cut. Only 4 Sides are clear. The 2 cut sides look somewhat frosted and are not clear. PLEASE view all the pictures before purchasing. SQUARE ACRYLIC ROD FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BUYING 1. THE SQUARE SIZE DIMENSION STATED IS NOMINAL. i.e.: A SQUARE NOMINAL SIZE OF 1” X 1” ROD CUBE IS TYPICALLY 31/32” X 31/32”. 2. THE 4 CLEAR SIDES OF CUBES TEND TO BE SLIGHTLY CONVEX. THEY ARE RARELY ALWAYS PERFECTLY FLAT. THAT IS THE NATURE OF EXTRUDED ACRYLIC SQUARE RODS. They will sit perfectly flat on the saw cut sides of the cubes. 3. ALL EXTRUDED ACRYLIC RODS ON THE PLANET EARTH ARE MANUFACTURED THE EXACT SAME WAY AND HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROPERTIES MENTIONED HERE. To assure that you get the finest quality, the protective sleeve is kept in place on the rod while being cut into cubes to protect the acrylic. The protective sleeve shreds during the cut so the cubes are then placed in a resealable zip lock bag. All rod cubes have saw cut edges on two ends. Saw cutting causes micro chips on the saw cut ends of the cubes as seen in the pictures. The saw cut edges are NOT polished. Please allow a length tolerance of +/- 1/32" on all pieces.

True to the measurements, super clear, and the saw cut side looks like frosted glass. They were exactly what I was looking for so I went back and placed a 2nd order!

These are perfect for what I need. I am using them as spacers for a shadowbox type frame, holding the front mat the rear mat apart in a clear sided frame.

These are not good for display. They are saw cut on two sides so not level. And need to be sanded

Not polished, they have rough cut sides. I bought these to adhere my stamps to. I used Gorilla Tape to affix the stamps to the the blocks. After about three weeks the acrylic just cracked up overnight!!! They were not dropped. I can only guess the Gorilla Tape has some chemical component that disagrees with the plastic. But I can actually cut myself on these now.

I will echo the review saying to look at the product photos, all of them! The first few product photos are carefully arranged to look like these are perfect cubes with all polished sides. They're absolutely not. The sides of the cubes that are smooth are wibbly, uneven, and not perfectly polished. The two ends have rough saw marks, with chatter/chips along the edges. These will work enough for my own display purposes that I will keep them, but if you're expecting pristine, glossy cubes, these are far from that.

My fault for not reading reviews and looking closer at pictures. I will keep since I have already polished one but a lot of work. Not even sure what you could use them for without polishing the other 2 sides. Amazon should remove this product.

The square rod was clearly cut using some sort of a bandsaw or tables saw and never finished on those ends. Some were slightly off and not level. Pretty disappointed because they weren’t cheap for being just acrylic cubes. The edges of the square were also rounded which I didn’t love.
