Your cart is empty. This bicycle brake lever is suitable for most kinds of bicycles including mountain bike, folding bicycle, road bike, Fixed Gear Bike, MTB, BMX etc.
How to install:
1. Unscrew the handlebar slot screw.
2. Put the handlebar in and keep it in front.
3. Adjust the handlebar to the center position, with a ruler, the error is no more than 2 mm.
4. Tighten the screws, then distinguish the front and rear brake lines, the left hand rear brake, the right hand front brake.

Context: I’m an experienced bike mechanic that has been building bikes for the last 10 years. The lever cracked while properly tightened to 5ft-lbs (standard tightness for anything clamping into bars). The lever completely broke when I attempted to squeeze the lever. I can’t believe such an important component is such poor quality. If you have these levers in your bike, please replace them. If they failed me before I could even ride, they may fail you when you need them most.

The lever fit perfectly and was easy to install. I installed it in about 5 minutes. Not sure on durability as it was just installed. The 2 local bikes shops did not have a replacement lever, the bike tech told me I was better off buying online as it would be easy to find and cheaper as well, I agree.

Metal is better than plastic, there is two grades of Chinese metal to consider this is the lower grade metal but still none the less for the price it was an upgrade. Something to note, these two brakes are identical so there’s not a left or a right brake and the bolts show on one side and not the other taking away from the bikes symmetrical view, but it’s very functional and I recommend them.

Junk waste of money. Screw broke putting it together . Taking the broken screw out the half of the circle broke off. All went in the trash.
